Heated Square foot maximums are 2350 in the northern U.S.A. to 2900 in Central U.S.A (this is for a well insulated house with good windows/doors) Based on 55 btus per square foot for the north and 45 per sq. ft for the central portions. This would need to include all areas intended to be heated. If heating hot water deduct 500 Sq. ft. (Remember this unit will do the output needed but if its to small you will be loading more often).
